Dr. (Mrs.) Vaishali Rajsinh Mohite, Dean, Krishna Institute of Nursing Sciences, Karad was selected for Leadership for change (LFC). This is a brand Programme of International Council of Nurses (ICN) in collaboration with Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi for Leadership Change for Nursing professionals and has been & being organized in 60 countries. Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic this training programme was conducted through Virtual mode on zoom platform. The programme was conducted 3 (three) days in a week i.e. Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (IST) and the total hours for the programme was 40 hours.-27th May 2022 to 27th June 2022 (9 meetings)
